After traveling the world through overseas bars, Elise has been carving out crushable cocktail lists in some of WAs favourite bars like Strange Company, The Dominion League and Wild in the Street. She has won multiple cocktail competitions and most recently been awarded WA Bartender of the Year for the WAGFG, a testament to her positive impact in the industry. Elise is passionate about education, empowering women, environmental sustainability and wellness within the industry and loves collaborating on fun pop-up events with a difference.
