While waiting for Sarong to reopen, Mama San now includes the most-wanted tandoori dishes from the fine-dining restaurant, including vegetarian options:
✿ Chicken Banjara kebab marinated in green chili, tandoori spices, yoghurt, crusted with sesame seed
✿ Butter chicken with cashew nut, ginger, garam masala, kasoori methi and tomato sauce
✿ Tandoori ajwani seafood tikka with prawn, squid & fish marinated in yoghurt, garam flour ajwani & garam masala
✿ Tandoori paneer tikka marinated in yoghurt, garam flour ajwani and garam masala
✿ Naan bread, plain, cheese or garlic

Butter Chicken or murgh makhani is a curry of chicken in a spiced tomato, butter and cream sauce.
