Any bank transfer fees incurred during the payment process are the client’s responsibility. Rest assured, an invoice containing all the necessary details and the total amount will be issued for your convenience. We also accept on-site credit card payments at Mama San Restaurant, ensuring a hassle-free transaction experience.

Mama San Bali can accommodate a maximum of 100 guests, providing an intimate and exclusive environment for any private party. To ensure flawless arrangements, we kindly request that you provide us with the final guest count at least 15 days before the event. Any service-related changes must be made by this date to guarantee a seamless experience. Charges will be based on the confirmed numbers and services listed on the invoice. Should the number of guests exceed the original count stated on the invoice, an additional charge will apply based on the confirmed prices.

  • Children under 6 years old are our special guests and enjoy complimentary entry.
  • Children between 12 and 17 years old are charged the same rate as adults, excluding the alcohol package.
  • Children under 12 years old are charged half the adult rate but are not included in the minimum guest count.
  • All children under 17 years old are charged IDR 150,000 per head for free-flow non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring they have a delightful time at our venue.
  • To cater to their tastes, the kid’s menu must be confirmed at least one week before the event, allowing us to prepare an array of delectable dishes that will captivate their palates.

Food tastings are held exclusively at Mama San Restaurant and must be confirmed at least one week in advance, allowing our chefs to showcase their culinary expertise.

The cost for food tasting is IDR 500,000++ per person, a small investment that will be refunded if you proceed with a booking and confirm it with a deposit.

Please note that the range of foods and beverages sampled during the tasting may vary slightly from the actual offerings at your event, as we prioritize the freshest and finest ingredients based on market availability.

Please note that the availability of specific beverage items and brands may vary, as we always strive to offer the best and freshest options.

For the convenience of your guests, full bottles of spirits will not be placed on tables, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience. Kindly note that shots are not included in the package and require special arrangements and confirmation well in advance of the event.
To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our offerings, we do not allow guests to bring their own beverages (BYO policy) if they opt for our comprehensive beverage package.

Flexibility with a Touch of Fairness

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for event cancellations. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total estimated cost, reflecting the preparation and arrangements made for your special occasion.
  • For cancellations within 14 days of the event, a charge of 100% of the total estimated cost will be applicable, as significant efforts and resources have been dedicated to ensuring a flawless experience.
  • We are pleased to inform you that cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will be refunded in full, with the only deduction being the transfer fee borne by the client, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process.
