Perched just above Mama San Bali, our newly introduced Supper Club, open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner only, is more than a dining destination – it’s a space where food transforms into an experience of gastronomic theatre.
An ever-evolving menu influenced by seasonality and current trends navigates you through an ensemble of flavours. The menu features a collection of sophisticated dishes, from our succulent Seared Scallops to the delightful aged Tuna Carpaccio, the robust Wood-Fired T-Bone Angus Steak and the rich 14-Day Dry-Aged BBQ Duck Breast.
