Terms & Conditions
Group Bookings at Mama San
• Group reservations require a minimum of 10 adults for dinner and 10 adults for lunch.
• Dinner group bookings are allocated on the second floor, subject to availability.
Seating & Time Slots
• Lunch: 12:00 PM or 1:30 PM
• Dinner: 6:00 PM or 8:30 PM
Menu & Deposit Requirements
• Group bookings require a Shared Dining Set Menu at IDR 650K++ per person (7.5% service charge & 10% govt. tax apply).
• A deposit of IDR 300K per person or pre-authorization via credit card is required at least 48 hours before the booking.
• Deposits can also be transferred to our bank account and will be credited to the group’s bill on the day of the event.
Pre-Orders & Dietary Requirements
• All menu selections & dietary requests must be finalized at least 48 hours in advance.
• If a guest prefers to order à la carte instead of the set menu, they are encouraged to pre-order to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Finalizing Your Booking
• Guests must confirm the final guest count (adults & children) at least 48 hours before the event.
• If the guest has not responded, the tentative booking may be released, especially during peak season.
• Once a deposit is received, the booking will be confirmed, and a confirmation email will be sent.
Special Notes
• Bookings for the Supper Club may require direct confirmation with a pre-authorization booking guarantee.
• Special requests, such as birthday or anniversary celebrations, should be mentioned at the time of booking.
• To secure the booking, a payment link via DOKU will be provided for real-time deposit confirmation.
