Dine-in: Due to limited seating capacity, we encourage you to book in advance. We welcome walk-ins. First come first serve. We recommend booking for large groups.
Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours before your reservation time. For a dinner reservation, if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 20 Australian Dollars (AUD) or 200,000 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) per person.
Dining Time: Each booking has a 90-minute dining window. After this, you might need to leave the table for the next guests.
Large Groups: If you’re booking for a big group, you’ll be seated on the 2nd floor at the Supper Club, and you might get extra time depending on how many people are in your group. The restaurant decides how much extra time you get.
Punctuality: Please be on time. If you’re late, we can’t promise to extend your booking time.
Hold on Tables: We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes past your booking time. If you’re later than that, your table might be given away.
Dietary Needs: Inform us about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you book.
Payment Surcharge: Paying with a credit card or contactless methods might include an extra charge.
Facilities for Children: We don’t provide highchairs or special menus for children. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Dress code: Smart casual.
BYO: No BYO alcohol in our restaurant.
