Booking and Reservations: All reservations must be made exclusively through our dedicated booking platform available on our website. This system has been established to centralize and streamline the booking process, enabling efficient management of reservations.
Kindly note that we do not accept bookings via our WhatsApp number. To ensure consistency and accuracy, we kindly request that you utilize our official booking platform for all reservation-related communication.

Walk-ins: While we strongly encourage guests to make advance reservations to secure their preferred dining time, we also welcome walk-in customers on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to table availability.
Table Reservation: For guests with a confirmed reservation, please be aware that your table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the allocated booking time. This policy ensures efficient table turnover and maintains an optimal dining experience for all our guests.
To accommodate all our valued patrons, we allocate a time slot of 120 minutes for bookings of 1-7 people. This allows us to provide exceptional service while respecting the dining needs of other guests.
Large Group Bookings: For groups consisting of 8 to 20 people, please contact us via our contact form. Our dedicated team will provide you with customized terms and conditions to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for your group.
BYO Alcohol: Please note that outside alcohol is strictly prohibited in our restaurant. We take pride in offering an extensive selection of beverages to complement your culinary journey.
Dress Code: Mama San upholds a smart-casual dress code. We kindly request that our guests dress appropriately to enhance the overall ambiance and dining experience for all patrons.
Family Dining: We warmly welcome families to Mama San; however, we kindly request that parents consider the comfort of their young children under 12 when selecting a dining destination. Due to limited space and security concerns, we are unable to accommodate strollers or infants. Our aim is to maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Cancellation and Changes: In the event of a cancellation or any changes to your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our reservations effectively and provide optimal service to all our guests. Lost or Stolen Items: Mama San’s team cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during your visit. We recommend keeping your personal belongings secure and under your supervision at all times.
Bank Transfer Fees: Please be aware that bank transfer fees may apply when transferring funds from certain banks or financial institutions. Guests are responsible for any applicable fees incurred during the bank transfer process.
