Yes. A deposit of IDR 300K per person or pre-authorisation via credit card is required at least 48 hours before the booking. Deposits can also be transferred to a bank account and are credited to the bill on the day.

✔ Customizable Event Schedule (Required) – Start and end times to be prearranged. Overtime is available at an additional charge.
✔ Dedicated Service Team (Included) – Professional staff to manage your event from start to finish.
✔ Bespoke Beverage Experience (Optional) – Custom cocktail selections, premium wine pairings, and celebratory sparkling wine packages available.
✔ Tasting Experience (Optional) – Food tasting at IDR 500,000++ per person (refundable upon booking confirmation).
✔ Kids Policy (Optional) – Tailored packages for children, including a pre-set kid’s menu and non-alcoholic beverage options.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment
• A 100% deposit of the venue rental fee is required at least 30 days prior to confirm the booking.
• Prices are subject to change. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
• An invoice will be issued for transparency and payment tracking.

Guest Count & Adjustments
• Maximum 100 guests. Final headcount must be confirmed at least 15 days before the event.
• Any increase in guests beyond the original confirmed number will be charged accordingly.

Kids Policy
• Under 6 years old: Complimentary.
• 6-11 years old: 50% of the adult rate.
• 12-17 years old: Full adult rate (excluding alcohol package).
• All guests under 17 years old are charged IDR 150,000 per head for free-flow non-alcoholic beverages.
• A kids’ menu must be confirmed at least 1 week in advance.

Event Timing & Overtime Charges
• The event must begin promptly at the agreed time.
• Overtime beyond the prearranged schedule is subject to an hourly charge.

Food & Beverage Policy
• Food Tasting: Available at IDR 500,000++ per person (refundable if the booking is confirmed).
• Beverage Package: Includes a welcome drink, up to five cocktails, a selection of red and white wines, and sparkling wine.
• No full bottles of spirits on tables. Shots are not included unless arranged in advance.
• BYO (Bring Your Own) is not permitted when opting for our beverage package.

Cancellation Policy
• 30+ days before event: Full refund (excluding transfer fees).
• 15-30 days before event: 50% charge.
• Less than 14 days before event: 100% charge.
